Dr. Lalit Narayan Rath is a multifaceted personality—an entrepreneur, advocate, lyricist, and cultural icon—whose life journey blends innovation, leadership, and service to society. He is the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Muzart Transport Pvt. Ltd., Muzart Media Pvt. Ltd., and Muzart Constructions Pvt. Ltd., steering businesses in transport, media, and infrastructure. With over three decades of experience, he also served as a Port Officer at Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd. (APSEZ), gaining valuable expertise in operations, trade, and administration.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Dr. Rath has earned acclaim as one of Odisha’s most respected lyricists. His creations in Odia cinema and music have resonated with audiences across India and abroad, making him a cultural voice with wide admiration. His upbringing in a culturally rooted family has shaped lyrics that reflect depth, sensitivity, and originality, winning praise from fans, scholars, and critics alike.

He has been entrusted with numerous honorary roles, serving as Lifetime Mentor & Advisor for Odiya Jatra Lover, Samvedana (Empowering Empathy), Nikhila Odisha Swechasebi Mahasangha (NOSM), and Jatra Sanskruti Surakhya Manchha. He is also the Executive Secretary of Purbasha Trust, Vice Chairman of Sthapana Charitable Trust, Executive Member of Prayas, and Governing Body Member of Samvedana. His leadership extends further as CDA of Reliance and Honorary Writer for Shubhakarma Newspaper, Susambad Digital Media and Bishesha Khabar, while also serving as Bureau Chief of Matibhasa Newspaper. In addition, he contributes as Honorary General Secretary & Cultural Secretary of Human Rights (Niti Ayog ID No: CHRC-2021/0272409/2019-20), Cultural Secretary of Utkal Federation of United Nations Association (Odisha Chapter), Honorary Director of Life Style Foundation, and Director of Indo TV Odiya Foundation.

Academically, Dr. Rath is equally accomplished, holding a Doctorate in Law & Public Administration, BA, LLB, and PGDM in HR from AIMA, along with professional diplomas in Secretarial Practice, Export & Import, Port & Shipping Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, and Computer Applications.
